Excellent Company-service and product! Over the past three years, we have placed four orders with Harry's Carpet, so--that speaks volumes!!! Phil (and other members of the staff) have always provided excellent service, and the installers they hire are wonderful to work with as well. I mentioned in the store that I was purchasing the Lee rugs because of the guarantee. The store never informed me that it is only covered if it is a wall to wall rug .I paid over $1000 for the rugs and picked them up myself. I returned to the store and expressed I was unhappy. They gave me the name of a rug cleaning company.

I thought we worked well together. Of the several floor companies we contacted, Harry's was the first to respond and the most reasonable. They had a tough job, having to remove 2 full layers of plywood from our kitchen floor and starting from scratch. We wanted sheet linoleum because the existing tile always seemed to be popping up. They suggested a wonderful product for color, endurance (this was for a rental unit) and price reasonableness. They came when scheduled, worked quickly and professionally and cleaned the space beautifully before they left. I would definitely ask for them again.
