This One's Easy! I first contacted Cooper Lace in 2016 to make custom curtains for my Victorian in Portland, OR. I was coordinating all of the details from CA so things had to be right - and easy. The curtains were elegant and gorgeous! Perfectly sewn to match each of the many, differently-sized windows.
