Excellent product and service. The Flooret LVP is a really solid product. Whereas most other manufacturers will repeat with little variation, the Flooret planks stagger and flip patterns so you are less likely to get exact repeats. We went with the Soho Base, and we're really pleased with the aesthetics. In addition, I had some additional compatibility issues with different runs/batches ordered, but customer service was able to assist and resolve without further issues. The experience left me very satisfied. I have another project where I used TrafficMaster laminate flooring, and when I will inevitably have to replace that floor, I will aim to use Flooret instead—the upfront cost makes up for the labor and time you'll have to invest with any other product. Referencing some reviews that I see here, I did observe some mild separation, but unpacking and letting the flooring sit out should help mitigate that issue (it is vinyl after all).

I've installed several floating floors… I've installed several floating floors from laminate to LVP. This was by far the best quality. Very realistic and very little loss of product due to breakage. Love my floor!

A very happy customer I ordered the Soho Signature flooring back in December 2023. We finally had it installed this week and all I can say is "WOW". The flooring turned out better than we ever imagined. It is a great product and after reviewing many Youtube videos on it we sure made the right choice.

They sell premium flooring and their… They sell premium flooring and their customer service is fantastic, both before the purchase and years afterwards. I had the flooring installed five years ago and it has held up wonderfully. Even after moving my furniture around a couple of times it is still scratch free. I had reason to contact customer service recently and they responded within the day and kindly answered my question. When I next need flooring I will not hesitate to buy from them again.
