The items are common things available elsewhere but not all in one place like here. Pricing low enough that I could order a few extra "repair" items for my spa in case things broke.

I ordered quantity TWO EACH of a water… I ordered quantity TWO EACH of a water feeder and thermocouple. I received QUANITY ONE of each, and the contact person in CA was completely unreachable, with a voice mailbox that was full, and never answered. Luckily, I reached JOSEPH in KY who fixed it, but really, how hard is it to know the difference between ONE and TWO?

The best price and great service They had the best price I could find on the internet for smoke detectors. There was a bit of a delay in shipping because they did not have everything in stock, but they called me right away to let me know and ask if I wanted them to send what they did have in stock and the rest when it came in.
