GBExcellent service from Mayfair Granite. From our initial enquiry to the final install Mayfair Granite have been excellent in all areas. Samples were received the next day and we were given time to decide if we wanted to proceed. Once we had decided to go ahead a templating date was arranged and kept on time. After looking at more samples that the templater had we had another one sent (next day again). At that point we changed to the quartz sample we had just received and the final order placed. One week later the final install took place (on time again) and we are very very happy with the finished results. We would definitely recommend Mayfair Granite. Well done everyone!

The survey of the kitchen was carried out efficiently by a qualified Stonemason who was both courteous and knowledgeable in every aspect of his trade. GBWe do not recommend Mayfair granite. Placing the order after their very good sales pitch was straightforward. After installation, on the same day, we discover a part of the worktop has a scratch - phoned them and email them. Since today I am still waiting for a resolution (they kept telling me to use "wonder wipes"). Nothing worked. We had someone external to have a look, the person says it may require polishing a little as it seems to be factory damage or carrier damage where another part of the quartz touched it. Added to that, Although we paid, no final invoice confirming all the money paid and no product guaranty. We will be making a claim via our card issuer. We do not recommend Mayfair granite. Stick with whoever is supplying your kitchen as service would be better. We should have!
