An excellent service Have used DIY Shutters before and found their overall service from ordering through to delivery to be excellent. Returning customer This is the second order of shutters I've made in a month. I was very happy with how quickly my last order arrived and the quality of the shutters. Fitting them was also very easy and took me around 30 mins, so this time I've ordered another two sets of shutters. As before, the person on the telephone was very helpful and confirmed my measurements and style choices were correct

Always impressed by DIY Shutters Easy to follow instructions for measuring and installation. Helpful call from Customer Services to confirm details which lead me to switch (correctly) to the buildout frame on a Bay Window as needed to attach to the window frame rather than the recess. Super quick delivery. Shutters look fantastic!

Very happy with the shutters Very happy with the shutters. Although long lead times which are understandable due to being made in China. Also reason for it being so cheep. Can't understand why people complain as we were well aware it was going to take 12 weeks at least to be delivered. Quality is good but have to say very easily damaged, very soft wood. Blinds look really good and you wouldn't be able to see the difference from the expensive blinds supplied by UK company's that fit them themselves.

Easy design, ordering and support. Website very easy to navigate and explanations are clear and concise with added videos to assist. Can always call for assistance and there is a follow-up call to check order prior to order being completed and paid for. Flexible delivery options if you give sufficient notice. Great product, good price, and am a return customer. Would recommend.
