GBI placed my order and the sales person… I placed my order and the sales person who worked with me was excellent. Very patient and helpful with technical information/responses to my questions. I received the order on the time frame as promised. So far I was very happy. When I took the package home that evening I installed the smallest replacement bulb (F8T4 in the lamp holder and it did not illuminate. I was baffled, and I inserted it into another similar size lamp holder and it did not work in that one either. I put in the older bulb that was functioning and it did work. I then tried another of the 4 bulbs that I had ordered and two worked and then I found one more that did So, out of the four F8T4 bulbs I had ordered two did not function. By the way, I tried everything to make sure it was not just the lamp holder or my technique in positioning the bulb into the socket holder. Nope, the two bulbs simply did not work. The 2 F22T4 bulbs both worked when installed. I then opened the F26T4 and discovered that I had ordered the wrong size and I needed an F24T4 that was my mistake. I called Norman the next day and spoke to an associate and he was helpful and said he would call me back to work on reship. I wanted to return the two bulbs that did not work and receive functional replacements and also exchange the F26T4 for F24. He never called back and I have to call again to straighten this out.

GBGoogle is so frustrating Is it me or is everybody flustrated that you can't reach an actual real person at Google ? They list all the help you could possibly want yet for some reason I can never find what I need. My ex-roommates email keeps coming up every so often when I have to verify my Google account. It keeps wanting me to verify its me on the same devices that I have used for years When it asked 'are you trying to use a different device'? the answer is NO I'm not trying to use a different device. Then I get locked out what the hell is going on? It drives me insane and it says it's going to send me a code then asks what number do you see on the screen? No numbers I can't see any numbers on the screen. I'm sorry maybe I'm just too old for this. Google you suck I don't know how to fix it I can't talk to anybody all I can do is write a review which nobody's going to see that can help. There's even an email that I have no idea what it represents as an option to choose it's got my name attached to it but i don't know you know why Google thinks it belongs to me. You need to get your s*** together cuz you're driving me nuts. So I get aggravated and I didn't do anything I just stop working because God forbid Google should get back to me and tell me how to fix their f****** problem and stop putting astrix when I want a curse I hate that. Who gave you the right to censor me Google how dare you. Oh wait censorship isn't that what you're doing to the people that have a different opinion than you yeah that's right you think you're God's gift to search engines. That's OK Google your time will come

GBSomeone recommended to me that I order… Someone recommended to me that I order LED lights from Norman Lighting. I found them to be very helpful, as it is very confusing when changing over to LED light inside and all of your landscaping lights. They had everything that we needed. I received the order fast, and I would definitely order from them again.
