GBI ordered the cinderella princess dress… I ordered the cinderella princess dress on Feb 2nd for my 5 year old nieces Feb 19th birthday. It has not been delivered. Wanda supply has stopped replying to my inquiries and will not refund my money. Save yourself the trouble and headaches, there are so many other business to order the same merchandise.

They are NOTORIOUS for very poor quality items at a low cost so no one cares enough to return. This company is very aware of the process of scamming you legally. You will not get a refund.

I purchased a pair of boots based on the image on the website, and the product delivered looked absolutely NOTHING like what was advertised. Moreover, their return policy only permits returns if damaged, so the fact of false advertising, they will not accept or return or administer a refund. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION.

GBI ordered a stove fan I ordered a stove fan, when I received the fan it was the wrong part wouldn’t work. I contacted their representative and told them it wouldn’t work, that wanted to return the fan. He said fine that I had to prove I had it which I thought was a little strange. I took a picture and sent it to them. A week or so later they sent me a return label. I returned the fan and was refunded my money in 4 days.
