GBSo disappointing So disappointing. Poor quality shoes that look nothing like the pictures posted. Can’t return them because the item isn’t defective. AND THE BEST THEY CAN DO IS OFFER A 10% DISCOUNT FOR THEIR WEBSITE. I can’t return these boots and you think I’m going to spend more money. No. I wish I’d read these reviews before buying ANYTHING.

GBThe boots I ordered were much lower… The boots I ordered were much lower quality than what I saw when I purchased them. I just tried them on just once so they were just as good as how they got them.. I reached out for a return/exchange and they wanted me to send a picture and a video. Then they replied saying sorry no return or refund, which is disingenuous being anything that’s footwear and clothing material should be allowed to be exchanged since the customer isn’t able to try it on until it’s purchased and recieved. And that was that. Horrible! This place is certainly a scam I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even decided to purchase.

GBA Rip Off Called WandaThey conveniently ignore They conveniently ignore, or delay response to any inquiries regarding a completed (paid) purchase. I refused a package, having discovered the item had been falsely described. After numerous inquiries, I was told my refund was to be issued within 10 days. Well, after that period of time and at least 4 requests for information regarding the disposition of my refund, I wound up here. Don’t deal with these people. Period.

GBzero stars If I could put no stars, I would. This company SUCKS! I bought a laser engraver and the package came with no instructions or information... just pieces to put together. I emailed the company multiple times and they take forever to answer and will not give you a full explanation on anything. I will try returning, but I just read their policy and it says that the product has to be new and in original packaging in order to do so. Not too sure how exactly they expect anyone to try the product if it has to be brand new to return. NEVER purchasing from here again.

GBFalse advertising They use false advertising. They listed vintage leather boots in the description and sent me new, cheap, vinyl boots! When asked to return, they offered me a 20% refund stating that the shipping would be too expensive since it’s international. Do not buy from this company!
