GBNever Again... I ordered two light fixtures and have had a horrible experience. After waiting approximately 2 weeks for the pendant light to be delivered, I was informed that the light was on backorder until June 2018. If that wasn't bad enough, the representaive could not give me a shipping update on the other chandelier. For two weeks, the status of the order read "pending". To add greater insult to injury, my credit card has not yet been refunded for the first backordered light. Two words...Never Again.

GBExcellent! Delivery was quick and you can’t go wrong with free shipping. Price was less than other companies were selling at. The chandelier is absolutely beautiful. Much more so than in the photo and very high quality. Packaged very securely. Would highly recommend lightsandhome.

GBBuyer beware!!! Buyer beware!!!! Shipping information is not accurate. I waited two weeks for lights that never shipped. Multiple messages and mails left in effort to talk to customer care with no return call or follow-up email. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else if you can.

Charged AMEX on day one > $3000 Attempted cancellation for two items after incorrect shipping date on website versus emailed information. Scanty email response. Last heard > 7 days ago. Have opened dispute via AMEX. Update: After > 50 emails cancellation and refund is being processed.

I received several emails confirming my order and tracking numbers with shipping information. The products arrived on time packed very well for shipping. The prices were the best I could find!!
