I wanted to sell my 1995 GMC Suburban… I wanted to sell my 1995 GMC Suburban and thought this might be a good site. I filled in the details and they asked if I had a reserve, I replied I did...apparently they don't like putting ads with reserve. They responded back that they had rejected my application and gave no explanation. I emailed them back to give me a reason so I understand what works for them but they never responded after that. I could have been a potential buyer for one of their cars at some point in the future, but now I am not sure I can trust this site - I get the impression they only do what works best for them , however they should learn sometimes a little courtesy goes a long way.

No explanation on why rejecting my car… I tried to post a vehicle and I always get this response, Hey Ricardo, thank you for submitting your i3, we really appreciate it. We are focusing on a specific set of vehicles that we think best fits our community. Your BMW looks great and we appreciate you sending it, but will need to pass for now. Thank you again for your submission and please consider us for another sale in the future! Every time I ask why they stop replying to my msgs so communication stops there. My vehicle is a 2017 BMW i3 clean tile and paid off. But they don’t provide me with a reason why don’t. I tried to post the car 2 times and nothing My car is not special or a specific vehicle. Cars and bids post a range of different cars including BMW i3 so why not my car?

CA DMV tops their customer service I started using the site as a buyer and made a few bids on csrs that interested me but unfortunately, I was not the winning bidder. As an anthusiast, I buy cars where ever I find them, enjoy them from a couple of months to max one year and sell them to get something else. I "applied" to sell a couple of my cars a month apart similar to what the C&B site sold a few weeks prior. In both cases, my cars were rejected with the same "boiler plate" response I assume everyone gets. I replied to get more information about the criteria given two other similar vehicles recently sold on their site and simply got no responses after that. When a business with such bad reviews completely 'ghosts' responses from potential sellers and does not assist buyers as the reviewers claim, it makes sense to be cautious about listing or buying. My guess is they are doing very well to not care about customer service.

Spent $150 on photos with Snappr Spent $150 on photos with Snappr. A review for them is next! I want to upload the Snappr photos to CArs & Bids to set up a listing. They don't accept JPEG which is what Snappr gave me. I was directed to Snappr from the Cars& Bids website. And no support available from Cars & Bids until I have a listing set up. Which I don't have because I can't upload the images. Support from both of these companies is very disappointing.
