GBThe were very helpful making sure I … The were very helpful making sure I bought the correct spring but, just as DMarley said, once you place the order to buy the product there is no way to contact customer service. I had a duplicate order which they cancelled but never refunded my PayPal account. Since December 5th ... 24 days ago ... I submitted the web-form 4 times, emailed them 8 times, called their pre-sales number (where the person that answered said he would have his manager contact support) but still have not heard back. I've turned the issue over to PayPal. Unfortunately, you can't give anyone negative 100 stars.

GBI wish I would have seen these reviews first I wish I would have searched these reviews before ordering. I ordered from them because they were the only place that advertised converting from one spring to two, which is what I wanted to do. They had me send pictures and measurements. I even weighed the door. The kit came but the springs were not correct. They didn't even have the end cones on them! Who sends out garage door springs without the cones? Useless. Now, as with others have stated, they will not return my calls, emails or text messages. I ended up buying a single spring from elsewhere. So, I got a couple bearings and a couple cables along with two useless springs for $150. Plus, I had to spend another $75 on the single spring. I will not be recommending these guys to anyone.

GBUn Be Lievable service Un Be Lievable service! This company is unreal in terms of pre-sale assistance. Quality instruction and information on which springs to buy. Extremely fast shipping since product was made to order - received in less than one week from order to delivery *including over a weekend. Post-sales question answered promptly. Their online how-to videos are detailed, thorough and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Literally will never use anyone else for these parts! Warren- Blaine, TN

GBScam Artists - Only received part of order - Never Responded to my Inquiries I only received part of my order, and all attempts to contact them (via email and finally out of desperation via their Facebook page) yielded no response (a canned auto-response email with "FAQs" does not count as a response). So they basically ripped me off. Note they do NOT have a phone number for contacting them anywhere on their website or their Facebook page, nor did the one email I received from a real person there (before I placed my order) contain a phone number. I was annoyed with their cheesey attempts to upsell at every opportunity - and had I noticed that they don't publish a phone number on their website, I never would have placed an order with these crooks. As for all the 5-star reviews, I can only guess that those people didn't have any issues with their order and didn't have to deal directly with this shady company. Sure they have a couple of helpful videos out on Youtube, but there are tons of videos watch, including many put out by legitimate honest people. So do your homework - like I didn't in this case - or better yet save yourself the hassle and avoid Garage Door Nation.

GBGood if you want to be lead in circles wasting your time and getting nothing Don't waist your time or money. They will run you around in circles doing different things to try and get your order. And then when she finally get everything right they'll just cancel it and refuse to ship you what you ordered. Avoid them!
