GBThey did not stand behind their sale in… They did not stand behind their sale in November and made us pay more money in December to ship the product. Product made it two days before Christmas and was ordered before Thanksgiving. Customer service has no answer other than wait for email to when product ships

GBLamps Depot delivered Lamps Depot delivered! it took a bit longer than I expected but the lamps I ordered arrived safe and sound. The company communicated with me throughout the experience so I knew what to expect. That means a lot these days. I'd order product from them again.

GBHorrible experience My return experience has been very frustrating. I ordered a lamp that was backordered. I cancelled the order and a lamp was sent anyway. I didn’t even open the item and lamps depot has asked me to jump through hoops to return their product. After 5 Phone calls to customer service and 3 weeks I still do not have a Return authorization. I will never purchase from this company again. My experience has been beyond frustrating.
