Don’t buy from Mr. Tuanix I’ve placed my order with Mr. Tuanix on May 20th. I ordered two waist bags for running and hiking. It is now May 28th and I haven’t heard any updates on my it. I contacted the company 3 times via email with no response. Even though it says that they are supposed to reply in one business day. I checked my spam folder many times and there was nothing there either. The website is very unclear. There is no contact information. The search button can’t find anything and shows error message most of the time. I haven’t received my order yet, but I am already thinking of canceling it. I’ve placed many orders online with other retailers and never had such a bad customer service and unresponsive company as Mr. Tuanix. I don’t mind waiting for my items as long as the company can provide me with the updated status information and give me some type of idea of when to expect my package.
