They truly have no customer service and… They truly have no customer service and their products are junk. I have left so many messages on their 800 customer service number and have sent many emails regarding a return that I have sent back. I have not received any reply back. The tracking number of the item says it was delivered to them weeks ago and I have not received my refund. I don't trust this company and I will never buy from them again. I pretty much chalked this one up as a complete loss.

Ordered a waist bag with the company on… Ordered a waist bag with the company on August 2. Received a shipping notification on August 25 with link to china post. The order doesn‘t show any progress. Emailed customer service but never heard back. Still no product received on September 25. I cannot recommend this company.
