I was very pleased with the customer… I was very pleased with the customer service that I received when the order that I had placed was not what I had ordered. After replying asking if it could be exchanged for the correct items, I got an immediate answer and the correct items shipped to me.

Never received the item as it is… Never received the item as it is missing in transit. The company gave me the run around about a refund so I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.

item not on time I ordered an item that was supposed to be here by valentines day. Then after I ordered it the email said up to March 5. I am still hoping I get the item, but I have my doubts. I will never order an item from this site again.
