GBbuyer beware When I ordered my 1st lock I called because I was unsure which lock I needed. The sales person advised me which lock I needed. When I received the lock and installed it, it was not the correct lock. When I called back I was told I would need to purchase additional software in order to get that lock to work or purchase the correct lock and return the incorrect lock. So, I purchased another lock, returned the 1st lock that you told me to buy. My return was non-refundable because we had installed it! Even though nothing was wrong with it. So, I now have a $750 paperweight! Will never order from this company again.

GBI placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days… I placed an order on 1-11 & 4 days later I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation. No holiday or weekend included. I have talked to customer service (very nice lady) & was told I would receive tracking information that day...still nothing. I emailed customer service & still no tracking information. I’m not pleased with the service I have received. You would think that when a customer buys a product they would get requested information in a timely manner.

GBKeyless entry After 15 years, our first unit broke and we are replacing it with the same unit as original. It seams that the cold weather finally did it in. It is so much easier not worrying if you have your key to open the door to get in, We love it!!!!!

GBI actually ordered the wrong things I actually ordered the wrong things. Got a call from them about five minutes later to make sure that’s what I wanted. After correcting my order, they gave me the products for what I’d already paid which was quite a bit cheaper. I’ll order from here from now on.
