I’m trying to contact the company I’m trying to contact the company. One of my candles was broken. Wasn’t Packed correctly. Is wasn’t in the bubble wrap. How can I contact this company?

A bit disappointed. One of my candles came shattered (I understand these things happen) I sent all of the information from my order including pictures of the broken candle, box, receipt ect. I received an email asking for all of the information I provided. The strawberry shortcake candle scent is very mild when burning. The fruit-loop candle broke but was a stronger scent without ever even burning it. The candles are creative but for the size and scent they are not worth the price in my opinion.

Not Satisfied I placed a large order of candles and my better mind told me to order 1 and try it first. I think your candles are beautiful and shipping was excellent because I received my order on time based off guidelines via your website. But the candles don't stay lit very long at all.And per your website it shouldn't be lit more than so many hours but it doesn't last for even a couple of hours also they don't have a strong smell like I thought they would you can barely smell anything.
