GBI ordered some accessories for my… I ordered some accessories for my husband’s VR for our 4th anniversary, and was admit-ably last minute in my order, only a few days before my anniversary. When I checked out I didn’t see a selection for priority shipping, but ordered anyways. I took a chance and emailed their customer service explaining it was my anniversary and if I could somehow pay extra for shipping because I didn’t see an option at checkout, and they quickly responded and said they would take care of it. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t even charged extra. They even reached out a day or so after my anniversary to see if I had gotten my package in the time frame I wanted. I say all that to say they were extremely sweet and helpful, thank you guys! 🫶🏽
