GBWorth the wait 😀 The medicine was packaged well with detailed instructions. The 10 % off my next purchase is very much appreciated. I was initially disappointed in the slower than expected shipping time. It was mailed 1st class so I guess USPS at Christmas time is to blame.

GBIncredible frustrated Incredible frustrated with this company. My first order for Tri-heart was cancelled by OVM because their Pharmacist was not licensed MA. So then I placed a second order to be shipped to a relative in NY. A week after that order OVM told me the product is not available. The offered me a alternate product for $48 additional. This whole experience feels like a bait and switch. They also have the written prescription from my vet so I can't order the product elsewhere unless they return the prescription, which they have not done. Shop a more reputable vet supply store. And don't bother calling them as you will never get anyone to answer the phone.

GBExcellent customer service My vet suggested an additional purchase when onlyvetmeds contacted them for my dogs prescription. They promptly called me and left a message. Before I could get back to them the next day they tried to call again. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my dog's meds covered for a month at a time. Thank you only vet meds!

GBMy autoship was out of stock My autoship was out of stock, so Serena called me and made sure I could go in and order a different size of what I needed to fulfill my pet's needs. She sat with me on the phone through the whole order update and made sure I got it all in so she could push it through and he wouldn't go without. The customer service is always above and beyond. One of my shipped emails didn't go through on my first order and when I inquired they immediately sent the tracking, then called to let me know it was a clerical error, but the meds were already enroute. Just happy, caring people every time I interact with them
