I'd give 0 stars if I could. I'd give 0 stars if I could. We ordered $650 worth of lights to do a residential project. Mike was very helpful getting stuff out to us in a timely manner. We recieved parts that were malfunctioning. I called & emailed the company around 30 times with one call back to get replacements coming. I missed that call, & continued to call & email with no effort from the company to return my calls. I went ahead & ordered the replacements because we needed to finish the job. As you can guess, I emailed wondering a date of arrival for our new merchandise & haven't received any response in a week. The funny part, the company had no problem running my credit card immediately after I placed the order. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Amazing lights! Great Value! Great Service I am a General Contractor. Iv'e been buying those LED lighting for them for all the kitchens I do (on average one a month) for under cabinet lighting. My clients LOVES them. Also using them for bathroom vanities for tow kick night light or just for mood swing. Very easy to install and operate. I actually glue them with hot glue gun, much faster. Been using LED Bar Lighting for years We own ,manage and remodel tenant apartment units .We have one tenant who keeps the blue light on the LED almost 24/7 for going on three years with no burn-outs or issues.Never had an issue on any lights t we installed.Product also always come on or before time promised which is important for us in scheduling.

Great products - I have used the products for accent home bar project and now a kitchen remodel for under counter and upper cabinet accent lighting. Products are excellent. If I have one suggestion would be to provide some incentive for users to film their installations & upload to youtube. I think would be easier to visualize w/o all the music, etc. You could create a library of different applications. It is fairly simple to use but I think if you made it even simpler, you would sell more people that might be otherwise uncomfortable via the internet.

Outside lighting strip This is he second 39' long flexible lighting strip I have purchased. It works well - otherwise I would not have bought a second one. However, the control module, - not the power module, has been redesigned. The prior one gave all appearances of being weather proof and has held up. The new one has open wiring and does not appear to have been designed for installation outside.
