Ceiling Light Bought the most beautiful light from here, which I absolutely love. It’s gorgeous. Unfortunately though, it doesn’t have standard UK wiring so I’m having to return it, as I can’t work out the wiring - Rufatlights are happy to accept the return, so 5 stars for service.

If you live in USA or Canada don't… If you live in USA or Canada don't bother ordering from this company. Installation parts are not standard to North American fittings, and return policy is a nightmare. I had to void the credit card transaction with mastercard in order to get my money back. I tried 11 different times with the owner of the company to get a return code to send back my light at my own cost but could get nothing out of them. I really wanted to send the light back and honor my side but they refuse to give me a return code.

Relieved to have been recontacted and reimbursed UPDATE of April 2024 4 months later I received a reply from the seller who refunded 100% of the lamp + offered me a promotional code as compensation. I am relieved and satisfied with this commercial gesture. ------------------------ Unfortunately, we were duped. We ordered a lamp that arrived in a package that said it was from China. The lamp is of very poor quality. Damaged, scratched, a catastrophe. When we wrote to customer service to understand, there was no reply. We found the same lamp half the price on Aliexpress with the same photos...
