GBReturns ignored… disappointing I had purchased fans that were too large, I asked to return them and was told if I purchased two other fans they would send me return labels and refund my original fans once they were received. It has been over three weeks and I have not received my refund and the company will not reply to any of my requests for information. I will now have to dispute this on my credit card…

GBDidn't follow through with order. I ordered a Schonbeck chandelier in October /23 . It was supposed to be delivered in a week but I haven't heard from the merchant . I called to inquire a month later, was told the item was back ordered but just came in. The representative assured me it will be shipped out the next week. Another month and I still didn't hear from them. I wrote to the customer help website but has yet to hear from anyone. I am in the process of requesting a refund.

GBExcellent Ceiling Fans and Outstanding Customer Service! I ordered a 5th Oxygen ceiling fan for my new construction home and couldn't be happier. The product quality and visual aesthetic of the Fleet fans are superb. The customer service was excellent with great communication and going the extra mile after the sale to make the experience a positive one.
