Bitcoin got stuck in wallet due KYC - bait and switch I sent bitcoin from my desktop wallet to this bitwallet on android. I decided to send it back to my desktop wallet. Bad luck! Bitwallet decided to keep my bitcoin stuck until I provide them KYC (phone number, ssn verifications etc). It's a bait and switch company! Don't send any bitcoin to this wallet/company unless you are willing to risk having it blocked (i.e a'la paypal horror story)

Has to be a scam Very suspicious website that I was sent money to transfer on and the money was put on a hold until I deposited $150 or more into my account first. Customer support sounded more like a scammer and the scammer it was super odd.

Absolutely recommend BitWallet!! BitWallet is by far the best way for an average person to start using Bitcoin. I love the ease of use and functionality. Can't wait to see how this will be in the next year or two because I love far it's come since I started using BitWallet.
