The rugs were great just not the right… The rugs were great just not the right color for me. The one star rating concerns the return process. I emailed you to notify you of my intent to return. Took three emails from me to you to get a reply. Ok, I understand the first ones went to junk. Got the return authorization and printed the label. Took the rugs to return and it cost $58 and change. I emailed on 2/12 or 13again to ask if I would be reimbursed for that. Again....no reply. So... the rugs are on their way back to you. I will be watching for a credit on my card for the rugs and and hopefully the cost of return shipping.

just beautiful just beautiful. colors lovely. came a day earlier than expected. gorgeous packaging. large enough to wrap around yourself. i wish i had room for all of them.
