Not so great.. 1. Buying on MadeTrade cost me more than ordering directly from the vendor, 2. MadeTrade did not provide the reusable pouch which the vendor provides with all their products, and 3. The scarf arrived with a terrible odor which I had to deal with my entire 10-day international travels (perfume couldn’t cover up the smell).

I received a cast iron pan from made… I received a cast iron pan from made trade and it is one of my favorite items to date. We use it daily it arrived quickly, hold up well to daily use and is supporting ethically sourced goods. The brand is a great concept and I hope it continues to take off.

Wanted to do good. Now paying for it. Wanted to spend money with a more sustainable business on Black Friday, but am regreting this decision quite deeply. I spent $250 on a wooden stool, which arrived defetctive. Spent a few other hundred dollars on a few other clothing items, none of which fit, and returns are extremely onorous and expensive. Unfortunately, won't be spending any more money here.

Great experience and concept I've purchased several items from Made Trade over the years and had a great experience. I love how easy it is to search, the product photos are beautiful and the descriptions are clear. Made Trade makes it so much easier to shop ethically!

Pillows are great Pillows are great. Soft fabric. Beautiful colors. Excellent quality. Perfect. And I feel better about not purchasing something from a chain and am more hopeful my money is supporting the right people.
