Terrible experience from the start Terrible experience from the start. My order was cancelled by the company. Reached out to them requesting a refund so I can get the order elsewhere. I also contacted Paypay. The company reached out and claimed a mistake was made and a new shipment will be mailed out. I requested the order was refunded since I ordered the items elsewhere. Never heard back. I get a notice that I should get the order in a few days. I replied that the items will be returned when received. The company acknowledged and replied with directions on how to return them on the website. The order arrived and tried to return the order but unable to because the website says they have already been returned. It’s impossible the order has been returned when I just got it. It’s been a ridiculous journey with this outfit. PayPal notified and claim in process.

Great experience and concept I've purchased several items from Made Trade over the years and had a great experience. I love how easy it is to search, the product photos are beautiful and the descriptions are clear. Made Trade makes it so much easier to shop ethically!

Pillows are great Pillows are great. Soft fabric. Beautiful colors. Excellent quality. Perfect. And I feel better about not purchasing something from a chain and am more hopeful my money is supporting the right people.

Good luck if you ever want/need support from this one. I've been trying to trade in my last order (the candle smelt of perfume, not natural as the site promotes). I've left two phone messages and two emails.
