Overcharging I was overcharged with no warning for my first order. I made the mistake of buying 4 cylinders to start with, and Aarke decided on its own that I should have 1 cylinder in my first order - and charged me $37 for a refill when I was expecting $21. Left a bad taste in my mouth and I recommend that people be careful when ordering cylinders. Second order was as expected: 2 cylinders for $42.

Game changer We drink a lot of sparkling water. Now we never run out ! No more hauling bottles home from store and no more excessive plastic use. The water tastes great. 100% happy.
