NLI’m going to be totally honest (International buyer) I’m going to be totally honest with you: as an international buyer it will take a bit longer than you’re used to. HOWEVER, they will solve it eventually. Absolutely not a bad company, California is hit hard by COVID and they are trying to be as fast as possible. I was not a fan before but they’ve turned it around by solving everything. I will definitely buy again.

GBI love me some Kole Imports &… I love me some Kole Imports & Closeouts. I was sent some damaged clocks. After submitting a few documents I was reimbursed and given a discount off my next order. I would have reorder but the product was out of stock. I will continue ordering from KI&C. If shipping wasn't so much I would probably have most of their inventory in my store.
