Was was sent wrong hot rub , Ordered a Coleman green large hot tub and received a smaller orange one. Called a couple times and they have no idea what I’m talking about and said they’d get back to me. The 30 day return policy just expired , I’m sure they’ll call next week. I had to call the credit card to dispute it now.

Solid seller. Quick processing at a fair price. I wasn't sure what to expect since I had never before heard of this company and with all the scams out there i was suspicious with the lowest price around. After some quick web searching and other reviews, i felt comfortable placing my order. Order went though with no issues, shipped and delivered in a timely manner and i received exactly what i ordered in the expected condition (wasn't sure if i'd get a refurbished or damaged product)

True to their word. When I informed them that they sent the wrong product, they offered me a 20% refund or exchange. This was a noble thing to do. I haven't yet put the hottub together, so I hope that all is well with it.
