GBI got an email to review the product… I got an email to review the product the day it was shipped; this was premature. The product was delivered 2 days later than originally promised. This was probably due to holiday mail and the USPS closing one day for a Presidential funeral. The ballcap buddy cap washers worked fine. I would suggest that the instructions not be put in the bill of the cage. I didn't see that I was supposed to open the cap from the back on the first one, so I opened the bill. That cage now opens harder than the one I opened from the back. It is a good product, but don't send out your review request until after the product has been delivered.

GBI love this thing! My husband is a huge hat collector and without this his hats would be ruined! The ballcap buddy makes it so easy to wash and I don't have to worry about ruining his favorite hats.
