Phenomenal Customer Service Customer service was phenomenal. I received my order and all was fine then I noticed the package had some damage to it and turned out the item was cracked. I immediately emailed company and within an hour I received a reply apologizing and to let me know they would ship a new replacement and I received other item in 2 days.

Good lamp and great customer service I bought the dual glow desk lamp from Genion Space and the first product had some issues with some hinges and the USB port. I reached out to customer support with a short video of my issues, and they replied quickly and sent me a replacement lamp, which didn't have any of the issues. So it seems I was unlucky with the first unit, but with this kind of support the issue was fixed well, and the replacement unit worked as expected. The lamp itself is good and nicely adjustable. The brightness levels go well high enough for my needs and I actually would have liked the lower level to be a little dimmer for evening reading, but the current lower setting is fine for that as well. The blue led light is always on and a little bright for my taste, so I put a bit of tape to cover it as I sleep in the same room. The led may help to locate the lamps power button in the dark, so it may be useful for some people, although I preferred hiding it. The lamp has worked well as a desk light, online video meeting light and evening reading light.
