GBI had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Lighting by Gregory during a major home renovation these past few months. My sales rep, Rick Weirich, was always helpful and went out of his way to serve us with advise, unusual orders, helping us figure lighting questions out with our architect and many small details that took what could have been a headache, and made it seamless. I would very highly rate the team at Lighting by Gregory to anyone.

GBThe best lighting store on the Bowery! The best lighting store on the Bowery! We came down from Syracuse to choose lighting for our kitchen. After looking at all the lighting stores in the area, the selection was greatest at Gregory’s and the input and designer sense of the staff was excellent. We have purchased lighting here before. We are always able to find what we want. We had our pendant fixtures shipped. They came in perfect condition, we’ll packed.

GBThe website errored out during checkout … The website errored out during checkout causing duplicate orders which Gregory didnt acknowledge or act on. Both orders were charged for and later mail (shippimg notifications) indicated the wrong name (wrong name on this review too). Not sure if this is related but the card used was hacked right after ordsring.

GBAs a designer As a designer, I thoroughly enjoy working with David Silverstein. He is so knowledgeable about the products he is selling and i feel totally confident that the order will be delivered without any issues. I do have a problem, however, with Lighting By Gregory's impossible return policy. If I am buying something sight unseen, it is sometimes difficult to assess how the item will look and fit in the space for which it is planned. If Lighting By Gregory had a more cooperative policy for returns or exchanges, I would shop at the showroom more often.

GBThere are many top brands on display … There are many top brands on display and made several trips to look at various lights and manufacturers for different rooms. Ended up ordering a ceiling fan which was a big improvement over my existing fan. A light I saw online turns out they didn't have so ordered online. And got ideas when I'm ready to replace light in dining room. Salesperswas friend Lynn and helpful.
