GBWe ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in… We ordered 9 bulbs which were sent in two boxes, which were taped together. Two bulbs arrived damaged because your boxes are flimsy and there was no packing around the bulbs to protect them and top box got smashed. Did not like that two boxes were totally taped together or that bulbs were just thrown in loose, in a flimsy boxes with no protection. It was very difficult to get customer service and took leaving 2 messages (never answered) and a third call.

GBExcellent quality product, Suppler needs help. I thought that the quality of the track lighting was excellent. Things that could be improved upon from the supplier however, would have been helpful to me: 1. initial order from a faulty website was not as expected or represented correctly. 2. Was transferred from customer service to sales as a cold call when I called it in. 3.Package arrived with loose open boxes inside main create. The track-tube packaging end-cap had come off in shipping. and was delivered open. I'm really surprised nothing was damaged in the 2,000 mile shipping. 4. While instructions for mounting track-heads were included but unclear, for lack of instructions to unmount the heads, I nearly destroyed everything. Not everyone knows how tracks work. Better, website, instructions, and customer service are needed for this company.
