We had needed a cabin that could be... We had needed a cabin that could be elevated off the ground due to our possible flooding during the rainy season. Nueco designed us a cabin that was 5ft off the ground and also helped with our plans to submit the planning and zoning department. The cabin was approved very quickly by the planning department with zero changes required. We received the kit last week and we have begun building it. The factory representative answered all of our questions that came up, prior to ordering the cabin. We think NuEco is a top notch organization. 5 stars for sure!!!

I really appreciated the attention to detail. I really appreciated the attention to detail and support in getting everything we needed for our building permit. We needed help getting engineered stairs and full architectural details for the floorplan. They put us in touch with some great resources and even changed dimensions a couple of times through the process. In the end the price was lower than they first quoted. I was also really impressed that they were able to deliver the building in less than 6 weeks.

Nueco Systems delivered a great experience! Due to increased fire concerns and a fire rating change in Arizona where our build site is located, we opted to abandon our stick framed housing plans and look at a steel home alternative. After researching and discussions with multiple steel building companies we chose to contract with Nueco Systems and start the design of a Barndominium. Initially I had some concerns with Nueco as they had a couple of unfavorable reviews. I reached out to Ron their Arizona designer and asked if we could meet in person. Ron addressed my concerns and gave me the confidence to go forward with Nueco Systems. We immediately started the design process where I found Ron very informative, open minded and patient in helping us create our vision in a Barndominium. Along with Ron's design and very thorough Engineered plans, the permit process was quick and seamless. Another plus was the entire build kit showed up to the build site on time as scheduled.
