Fraud, Fraud, Fraud Do not do business with Grailzee. They are worthless. I successfully bid on a Rolex. I paid the 5% deposit. The watch was send to Bennisson, the "authentication" center. They issued a report. The report said the the "watch was inspected for authenticity." NO STATEMENT AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE WATCH WAS AUTHENTIC. I requested a statement or report as to the "authenticity" of the watch. Spoke to Ethan at Grailzee - worthless. Spoke the Cal, the "owner" of Bennisson - arrogant and condescending. Ethan and Cal each said the Rolex was authentic and "don't worry." But they refused to issue a written "Authentication Report" as I was promised by Grailzee. Transaction cancelled by Grailzee. They refuse to issue a refund. They hide behind the small print on the website which basically says "we take your money and make no promises." This is a FRAUD operation between Grailzee and Bennisson to take your money and do nothing. FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD
