My Grailzee Experience I have purchased two watches through Grailzee and my experience both times has been outstanding. The process is well documented and the buyer is notified of the progress each step of the way. On the second purchase. I contacted customer support (Max) and his assistance was quick, To the point, and extremely helpful.

Great communication and service I have bought 3 watches through Grailzee (between $3k and $13k). The process is seamless and as advertised. Customer Service staff is in constant communication. Helpful and trustworthy.

This is the best auction site there is… This is the best auction site there is for watches. The entire process was so very well thought out. From extending auctions for bids made under 2 minutes, to the ability to make offers if the reserve was not met the notification process via text and e-mail just about everything about the auction process was so well thought out and really good. Beyond the auction process even more thought was put into the proof of funds, authentication process the transfer of funds, and delivery of the watches. I only wish I would have come up with this idea myself.

Good experience Love this site, great dealing with the seller. Just wish it was easier to message the seller directly to ask questions about the piece when deciding to buy because not everyone knows about the many differences in watches and this can be used when DMing directly and not being forced to share all messages with all the other buyers Other than that I would give it a 5 star review
