Registered my issue on their on line service, received a call back within a couple of hours and they managed to get my broken garage fixed within a couple of hours. Start to finish from me registering my issue to having it fixed could have been no more than 4HRS. Brilliant service and really helpful staff.

Just had a two year service ... Replaced our old fibreglass door with an insulated roller garage doors from Garage Doors South West over two years ago. Very pleased to say from installation to day to day running it's been faultless. Just had a service check done without any issues. Given my garage is integrated to the house, it's also made a huge difference to the thermal temperature both within the garage and my front room above it.
