Excellent Service I ordered samples from the WSM and chose the color and design. I sent my order to the company and a few days later I received my tiles but to my surprise the tile was not the same color as the sample that had chosen. Emails/texts were sent back and forth between their customer service and me. Long story short they sent me a new set of samples and the matter was resolved. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

The product was good quality and… The product was good quality and delivered as promised but there were color differences between panels. They were obviously from different batches for the same color label, but some were darker and some lighter. Not what I wanted in my kitchen.

Surprisingly Durable Against Large Dogs I purchased this mat for my 3-year-old Great Dane (who is slightly smaller than a bicycle ) to protect his joints from pouncing while he chases his favorite toy- a laser pointer. He has scratched, bitten, lifted, dragged, and slammed down on this mat for a month now and it is still in one piece. There are some puncture marks from his teeth but no tears, not even around the puncture marks. The durability of this mat exceeded expectations. The only drawback is its relatively light weight, which allows my dog to pick the mat up and move it.
