There are always little things here and there to understand for a new account but these guys went above and beyond to work through all of my questions.

GBUpdated Review... Very Pleased with HMS Services and Support Updating a previous review... I'm actually very impressed and quite pleased with HMS and how they have handled our account after some initial issues with our transition over to them. They actually do care and emphasize customer service - which is a rare and much appreciated treat in the murky world of Merchant Processing. I'm happy to say our switch to HMS has turned out to be a great decision. I think we finally found our trusted Merchant Account!! Thank you!
