Good Customer Service I wasn't really sure how to use my tax exempt status with this company, so I made a phone call to them. They were very courteous and helpful and they were able to answer in a timely manner and resolve my issue satisfactorily.

Customer service was great Bulb Direct had the bulbs I needed and call to ask to make a change in supplier as the one I picked was on a long B.O. Customer service was easy to work with and I got the materials as needed. I will be using Bulb Direct when ordering bulbs again in the near future.
