I contacted them to let them know what I had done and they corrected the issue right away and they are re-shipping my package out free of charge. Great customer service! My candles were lost in transit and after contacting the USPS with no response from them for weeks, the Candle Guy sent me another order. I can't wait for these to arrive. Excellent and timely customer service makes me a long time customer!
