Great value if looking for OEM quality All lightbulbs received and in standard working order; key word, standard. That's all I ask for out of my lights. My order did take some time to ship due to one of my products being out of stock; this was not apparent to me during checkout and I was notified after purchasing. I got a notification once it shipped, which was fast, about 4 days for me.

Easy exchange I called to get better explanations of bulb parts/description but didn’t connect with the customer service rep; I don’t think she understood how to explain the coding and terms…. Was a bit standoffish; otherwise I’d have given a 5 rating

A representative from LightBulbs.com made personal contact with us by phone when this item was found to be discontinued with only one in stock. Having purchased two, we discussed options and received the one in stock and were promptly refunded cost of the other. We are very pleased with the service provided by this company.
