MXThis company does not communicate with the customers. On 11/24/2023 I ordered a hidden camera detector. No order number, no date of delivery was mentioned. I paid with a credit card. It has been longer than a month. I enquired about my order but did not get any response. Almost every day Prepared Hero sends me useless commercials, but I never got even a word about my order.

GBHorrible customer service, glitchy site Never received a confirmation for my first order so I reordered and had 2 orders arrive. Paid full price for both - no discount given despite cheaper price being listed on the website for this number of blankets. Contacted customer for a refund of the difference or return info. They sent the confirmation email I never received. No info for the return.or refund. Don't have the time or energy to deal with such a scam.

GBTHIS IS A SCAM-NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM-PHONE NUMBER FOR VENDOR DISCONNECTED Ordered four blankets on Nov 24th, website said all orders prior to Dec 15th would ship for Christmas. Still no action, tracking doesn't show anything. Phone number is disconnected. I have contacted American Express to dispute the charge/cancel as I have not received the item, nor has it even shipped. Also contacted the National While Collar Crime Center to report this as an internet scam and the BBB as well. This is clearly a scam; they have a flashy website and send daily emails but there is no product being made or delivered.

GBAwful support, borderline fraudulent company Ordered in November 24 for some gifts. Zero communication other than a single "we have high volume but we're working on it".... took 5 weeks to send, despite me repeatedly asking for 2 weeks to cancel the order. They finally respond, literally the day after Christmas saying they sent it and can no longer cancel. I have emailed daily since 12/26 asking for a refund and they are back to ignoring my emails. The support people here saying "email us" are a total joke.
