Multiple attempts tp call end up going off to never-never land. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 6 blankets and since confirmation email there has been no communication. Send the product or cancel the order and credit my card.

Peace of mind but hook issue! We haven’t had to use it (phew!), but I love having six of these for our office, our home and for our car. The delivery was prompt and easy. My only complaint is when I ordered a hook, I assumed that I was getting a hook for each of them and I only got one hook for six blankets. I think hooks should be included in the price or just ship one with each blanket. A hassle to go and find hooks, especially if it’s an odd number.

Missing blankets I have bought several fire blankets in the past (for family) but this last order was not correct. I ordered 2 packages with 2 blankets in each package. I paid $93.00, but only one package arrived. It didn’t have my name or address anywhere on the package, but it was left at my door. I assumed the second package was on the way. It’s been several weeks now and I am still waiting. I have contacted the company several times.
