I never received my items or any actual customer service I never received my items. The lack of communication about my order and refund was ridiculous for any business. I never once got a response to any of my submissions for support. There was no customer service at all to be able to rate, so one start feels like too much. It took over 2 months from placing my order to getting a refund.

Additionally, a few of my items were broken in transit and the Leeway team went above and beyond to replace and get them to me in a timely manner. We've ordered Leeway in the past and will continue to use them.

I was instantly impressed by Leeway as… I was instantly impressed by Leeway as soon as I came across them in an article! I was moving and wanted all new dishware to start this new venture. Leeway was top rated for quality, price, bulk buying and customizing to your family. When my box arrived there was no limit to how excited I was! Everything was perfectly packed, safe and secure. Individual sections for each set of dish. The color was perfect, the sizes were as expected and every piece is just gorgeous to me!

Tried twice I never received any order. I have tried to order from y’all twice! Only to get a email that y’all are out of stock! Yet the website is still allowing people to order the exact items they are supposedly out of stock! I am over it. Twice y’all did this to me 🙄🙄 and then you can’t even reply to my emails for an explanation. This is so unprofessional!

Not Microwave safe I’ve had these dishes for a little over a year and 3 small plates, 2 big plates and 3 bowls have cracked using the microwave. I was simply warming up leftovers each time. I specifically checked to make sure they were microwave safe before purchasing these dishes. I had my last set of dishes (pfaltzgraff) for 10 years and never did they crack in the microwave. Very disappointing.
