GBI had a problem with this order I had a problem with this order. The item was quite delayed in shipping from a third party seller. And after some difficulty with the Inspire Customer Support Chat line, I canceled the transaction. Subsequent communication with Inspire Support was stellar, especially form Holly T. I would have no qualms about ordering from Inspire again in the future.

GBI ordered an ebook and could not get… I ordered an ebook and could not get the file to download and then the file was a document stating it would be emailed to me within 24 hrs. The chat agent made my ticket priority and I received the correct download link in less than an hour of my request.

You responded quickly and removed those ads. I am very grateful to you for this. I also reside in Turkey. If you sell my own products on your platform, I wonder if you have support for my country?
