I contact you with a problem, you tell me it's a known defect that's been fixed on future products, then you give me $25. $25 to cover a $500 product with a known defect? Is this some kind of joke? GBOverall Overall, I like the lamp and it's shape and it's ability to use and blend different colors. The remote is hard to figure out, so I still have no idea what the lamp actually does or how to control it. Hoping to figure that out one of these days.
