Terrible Service!! Service is absolutely terrible. Going on 3 weeks now and still have not received a reply on a technical question on the product that we purchased. And we cannot install the products until the question is answered!!

Pouyan has great product knowledge and… Pouyan has great product knowledge and excellent customer service skills. When I called him about one of my WIFI Timers not working, he immediately said "just bring it back and I'll get you a new one"!!!
