GBThis application is confusing This application contains mis-spelling, missing punctuation, zero support or guidance. (i.e. debits) It has Yes/No radio buttons for multiple choice questions. (i.e. "rate your credit? yes/no" ?) There is no explanation for why some fields are required and others are not, what do with the non-required fields. (i.e. designated contacts)

GBUnable to upload on windows laptop with chrome browser Unable to load website on Windows laptop with Chrome browser. Made multiple attempts over 90 min, including reboot, clear cache, attempt on 2nd desktop unit, all with same result. "rotating loading screen" Finally, used friend's MacBookAir and succeeded, but down load files on MSFT/OneDrive and to acceess and upload required email downloads to my self to upload in your App.
