GBCustomer service is excellent as are their products We have ordered a lot of furniture over the past 6 months from Alchemy Fine Home. They have been fantastic in terms of delivery, responsiveness, and professionalism. They value their customers and they even allowed us to return a piece of furniture that was not returnable. There was nothing wrong with the furniture. We had just made an error in the sizing. They couldn't have been nicer.

GBAlchemy Cannot Be Trusted! Here are the facts: I ordered a $1400 chair from Alchemy Fine Home on March 20th, 2024. On the website in green lettering, it read, IN STOCK. I immediately received an order confirmation email. On March 28th (one week in), I kindly wrote their customer service to follow up and see how things were coming, as I had received no updates/notifications. Alchemy responded the same day- “Chris from the warehouse here with a quick email to say we’re prepping your order at the moment. (Nice choice by the way!).” Ok, sounds good, so I wait again. On April 4th (two weeks in now), I was sent an email from Alchemy saying- “When checking over your order one of the team found a small problem, so we’re just getting that resolved before we can package everything up and hand it over to the freight company.” Ok, I’m a little frustrated but I respect the attention to detail and I wait again. On April 10th (three weeks in now), I’ve heard nothing more so I email Alchemy Customer Service for an update. They email me back the same day- “We’re sorry for the confusion and any inconvenience this may have caused. The email that was sent to you about quality control check was sent in error. The supplier notified us that the chair is back ordered until late May.” I’m pretty upset at this point and respond with an email requesting a refund. The next day, April 11th, they send an email order cancellation- “This is a confirmation that your order has now been canceled. Please note that order refunds where applicable will take 7-10 business days to process back to the original form of payment.” Ok, so I wait 10 business days and no refund. I am writing this April 25th, the 10th business day, I emailed them again today and this is their response- “This is a confirmation that we have now processed your refund. The funds will appear in your bank/credit card statement 3-5 business days.” So now I wait again! Hoping once again that Alchemy doesn’t make up an excuse or dodge doing what’s right. Warning!! This business is as shady as they come! I just wish I had never ordered from them in the first place.

GBGlobal Views Go-To Alchemy is my go-to whenever I need to find the top of the line pieces. John Richard, Global Views & Eichhotlz are luxury brands that I can find elsewhere but Alchemy has the best curated collections so I’m not weeding through 1000s of pieces. Great design, great customer service. Highly recommended for all of my design clients!

GBGreat design service We went with the Home Style Fix service for free design help and Vanessa did an incredible job with our kitchen and living room. We paid a deposit up front but we got to use all of it towards our purchases. Couldn’t ask for more!
